I didn't do so bad yesterday. Yes, I had a hotdog, but that was better than a large plate of BBQ. I did share a bag of popcorn later with Mr Coco, but no butter. I didn't feel bloated when I went to bed last night. Actually felt a little hungry, which tells me I didn't overeat. I bought groceries yesterday that will help me stay on track today. Will try to eat the right things all day today. I feel motivated.
