That is true. It pretty much had to reach the point that if I want the best chance at a healthy normal life span I have to do it. Dieting sucks. No doubt about it, but without a retirement plan and my last kid out of dental school(I hope lol)when I am 68 I gotta keep working a minimum of 14 more years

good advice Oliverisme, ther is to eat clean but in my case w moth ago i was 223 lbs, when i started at this page a few days ago i was 203, today i am 200, what i have found out is that we gotta manipulate calories, mcaronutrients and excercice, we gotta define our daily calorie intake limit an stick to it, no matter what you eat as long when you go to bed your calores are below that number is a good start, and ofcourse 1 hour modarate daily cardio as body and mind medicine, with this there is now way you cant lose weight, so for biginers start manipulating the calories avoiding going over, no matter if you eat a burger a pizza what ever, as long at the end of the day you are below your limit, when you get yoir ideal body weight you can start spliting macronutrients carbs fats, prot in order to mantain weighr while building lean muscle mass

most of the people fail on their diet golas and star gaining weight because go advance at beagining, my theory is that at leats 2 or 3 month manipulate only calories to keep the limit, then on the advance phase start organizing macronutrients to eat healthier, the first thing is to get the healthy weight and healthy weist, in my opinion weist is more important than weight alone, and is very important to drink a lot of water and have miltivitamines to keep sake the weight reduction
