Morning exercise 10 lb weighted hoop: 15 min Bike: 14-15 mph, 7 resistance, 15 min, 3.5 miles
I have been gaining some and not sure why. I have not been working out like normal but am getting a really good workout with all this painting and up and down stairs and ladders. I don't see why I am gaining! My fingers, feet, and stomach all look and feel swollen. I really look like I am three months pregnant. Maybe I am just retaining water from all the work I am doing but it had better go back down soon., I am starting here and there to get back to doing my actaul workouts as well so that should help. Hope all is going well for my buddies?? Ttyl.
