I completely forgot about this so it’s starting from square one all over again but can anyone help me on how to eat healthy on a budget? Also tips because I find I’m not hungry so I forget to eat and then I do eat and I feel sick and even more hungry and it’s a vicious cycle I tried to have meals at normal times today and I still feel incredibly nauseous after even though I’m drinking water to stay hydrated as I thought that may be it
