I'm actually really happy with the results as i ate 3 x my usual calorie intake yesterday ( planned ) to refill glycogen stores and just as some relief from the extremely low calories of the last week. Im only 1.5 lb up since yesterday and that is mainly water from muscle glycogen and salt intake. by monday i will be back to 151.5 or lighter. I have around 4 weeks left until goal date when i take a week or so off to evaluate my physique and decide whether to concentrate on gaining some muscle mass or get leaner. To everyone who likes or comments - Thank you for all the support, all the best.
