Last year my motto was Healthy Me in 23. I started out strong, much like I often do when I set a goal for myself. I was exercising almost daily, eating a dirty keto diet and was a roll. Then I got a respiratory virus and I was bed ridden for a few days. I never got back on the horse. Over the course of six months I gained 25 pounds.
In September with the start of the new school year, I tried again. I started with this app, created an exercise routine, was eating cleaner and seeing results. Until I got sick. Again. And once again I never climbed back on the horse.
I decided to try again…. Again. I need help with a motto for 24. Anyone have suggestions?
