started I.F again as its always worked well for me personally also cardio before breakfast but only walking. I'm also upping my N.E.A.T by finding random things to do constantly throughout the day. In fact i may have to up my calories as im using the usual 1850 and finding i'm losing weight a little too quickly . I have added some different supplements to my routine so its possible one of them is having some unknown effect either way i'll keep an eye on it.
