Happy Mondaaaayyy Today starts week# 3 for me. I have truly adapted to this lifestyle change. Some weeks my weight may not go down but the NSV (NON SCALE VICTORIES) have been keeping me motivated. I no longer center my day around food, my mental is getting much better. Learning that if I want a better lifestyle change I 1st needed to change my mind. I'm so close to 350, haven't got in the gym but it's coming hopefully this week.
