Slow cooker and chillis - yes! I like the sound of that 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🍁🍂. And humpty, I’m 7 stone down from biggest, size 22-24 to size 10-12, without a doubt it’s worth it! But sometimes I just want to EAT EAT EAT! 🤣🤣🤣 only thing is, if I did, I know my body would 🤢🤮. So I daydream about food instead …
