Rapid weight loss currently due to water and glycogen loss after holiday from lots of salty and sugary food . I will take it as it comes but from tomorrow will actually do an aggressive diet run ( 1500 - 1600kcals per day ) for approx 3 weeks then recalculate and move to maintenance calories for a week or possibly even a little bit of an excess on the calories but nothing too drastic.
I'm not feeling tired / lethargic at all which is a great sign . I will reevaluate body composition at 11st ( 154 lb ) ( 70kg ) if i look how i want to i will go maintenance calories over winter to build muscle and strength and leave myself with probably 8 weeks of easy slow dieting to look good summer .
If i still need to lose more bodyfat at 11st im planning dropping a further 7lb maximum then eat maintenance or a little over through the winter period but not gain enough bodyfat to make it a nightmare to reduce come spring/summer.
So thats the thoughts of an old dude , if you read this your either desperate with nothing better to do, or an absolutely awesome person ;)
