well im back. I've had a crazy few months and although my eating has improved some, I'm sad to say it wasn't much. today was the first day I stepped on a scale in MONTHS! I was absolutely terrified especially considering I've been overeating these past two days. but I was so incredibly relieved to see I'm not doing too bad, I'm actually lighter than expected considering I haven't been consistently tracking my diet. I think the fact that I'm a pretty active person may have helped with that (I exercise 6 times a week, both strength training and running.
