I decided today to abstain from caffeine and my usual cheat meal for a month , seems the ideal time to start. i will still have an up eat on wednesdays before my usual heavy thurs and fri sessions at the gym but i will have a large bowl of oats , large serving of beef or omelette etc .
I did this awhile back for around 10 weeks straight it definitely helped as removing chocolate and caffeine really clears up my thinking and sinus issues after the initial withdrawal symptoms are gone . but everyone loves a bit of chocolate occasionally lol
