Motivational note to myself. Lazy bum is what makes you overweight! Pre-plan your meals; insert everything in the food diary; check calories. Whatever happens... walk 5,000 steps a day. Bin all those big plates which you don't need. Keep only medium plates and medium pans in the house. Cold food is king! Prefer cold food to warm food since the chance is smaller that you will overeat cold food. Eat before you get hungry, hence forget fasting as you will just go insanely hungry after the fasting period which might be counterproductive.
