Not surprised I’ve gone up 1.4kg since my lowest - lots of eating out and I’ve been over my carb and cal allowance regularly. And I did turn 50!! Still recording weight and food helps. I’m not too worried, I’ve a quiet few weeks so will be able to lose the excess and hopefully a bit more! My new aim is 3.2kg loss in seven weeks 💪that takes me under my goal so I can relax on holidays etc.
