Serious question: how do people manage to eat less than 20-30 grams of carbs per day? I normally eat over 100, and if I am very very careful, I am usually between 70 and 80...

Must be vegans or eat like birds... no way could I do that... You're doing GREAT if you stay less than 125... my thoughts ;)

This is a special diaet. it calls "atkins-diaet" or "keto-diaet". it is a way to loose weight in a verry short time an works for the most people. but it is verry hard. bodybuilders do this sort of dieat to define theyr muscles befor the challenge.

carbs are NOT BAD, they give you Energy, if you handle your movement in right comparison to the consumtion of carbs, they are no problem

thanks guys! yes I know carbs are good, but precisely because I saw some people follow those diets I was really wondering how they can manage (must be really hard to follow) and what they need to eat. But now I know, thank you :)
