Back on it, I started again yesterday. I’m newly diagnosed with ADHD & due to the medicine I’m on, my eating habits have significantly improved 🤩. Let’s see if, now I’m eating properly, I can actually shift some significant weight 😁

You are sooo lucky you got diagnosed.. I don't even know where to start. Got blown off couple of times by GP, he told me I can't have ADHD because I'm not a little boy and suggested he gives me antidepressants 🤦 Now I'm afraid to even mention it again.. and I feel I would benefit greatly from getting diagnosed.. its such a desperate situation.. 😏

Ahahhaha nunido yeah! Seems to be quite of a quest getting an ADHD diagnosis.. Like literally wtf!!! Shit system is fucked up!
