I've been too busy to record this weekend. I have not been disciplined about what I'm eating either. I have felt very energetic, but it could be due to drinking coffee with caffeine. Kinda helped give me a boost in this oppressive heat so that I can work, walk, and clean faster. Company coming over tonight for dinner. Having to walk the dog twice a day while Mr Coco is busy. So maybe I'm sweating off the extra calories. Looking forward to a more controlled regimen Monday.
