It's entirely true that your body follows where your head goes (both physically and mentally)
I bet you can do 1 minute right now just by telling yourself you have to!
I usually feel like quiting around 8 or 9 minutes but then I say to myself "it's just discomfort, I'm not hurting myself and I will feel great when I reach a new best time"
