I did go ~200 cal over my 1800 calorie intake limit a couple times this week, but held to my exercise routine, and generally ate more protein. Yet was able to drop 2 lb.

wow, it looks like you eat a lot, and still lose more weight, I have a egg for breakfast with a pat of butter lunch i usually have Atkins shake, dinner i have a large tossed salad with valdalia onion dressing and some type of meat, sometimes greenbeans with it, and diet jell-o with coolwhip, and i hardly lose any weight. I walk three miles everyday and i go on my whole body vibrator machine for twenty minutes, i do squats side twist and armlifts, while i am on it. ???? don't know why i don't lose weight
