So, I’ve had some big changes happen in my life since i last logged. One is I moved out of my hometown, 5 hours away, and will be living here for at least a year. I also have found a new love for myself, which I have to work on everyday… NOW! I will not lie and say that has come easy…I’m not oblivious, I know my weight has only went down alittle in the past two months. One of my number one struggle was stress. I had such terrible stress my hair was falling out in clumps. I have since then illuminated my number one stressed since then, to the best of my abilities, and started to focus on me and my health. I don’t only mean fitness, I’m referring to mental and gut health as well. My number two issue was a mental block I had towards the gym. I myself struggle with the home workout vs gym workout idea. I thought that I could do the same workout at home as I was doing at the gym and see the same results, but I was wrong. I’ve come to realize it’s a completely different environment. The energy at home is to relaxed. I would catch myself stopping in the middle of a workout and laying on my bed scrolling through TikTok and then getting back up to finish my workout. The energy at the gym however, is mostly motivating. You see people of all different backgrounds and purposes together in the same place struggling and working towards all their own goals and finish lines. And it’s inspiring.
