yesterday i was helping family.. emotionally draining. all day and a long drive home after midnight. psychically, very exhausting... but i managed to adhere pretty well to my keto diet.

CR, the dark dot is bleeding where the brain biopsy needle cut small pieces of the brain tumor in my right hemisphere. blood is very irritating to the brain and this small amount resulted in many seizures and total flacid paralysis in my left leg,arm and shoulder.
spent many,many hours in rehab, both in rehab hospital and outpatient PT and occup therapy. Now have about 90% ability in both limbs plus cognitive decline from brain radiation! its been a long 2 years
