So, gained back all the weight I lost🥲 I ate out a lot and didn’t exercise enough. I lost about 7-8kgs and now I’ve gained it all back. I knew I was gaining weight but it hit me when I got on the scale and saw that I had gained it all back. Although I had a tough time taking it in, I’ve decided to not let it affect my mental health. I will not give up on body and will get back to eating healthy and exercising regularly. I don’t want to bother anyone by telling them about my progress, that is why I want to post my progress and what I eat in a day to hold myself accountable and do my weekly check-ins. This is gonna be tiny little secret that no one knows about. The last few days have been tough for me mentally. I aim to maintain a healthy relationship with food and my body.

dont feel anything bruh were humans and we like food..just start eating more protein ( 0.6 g per pound of body weight minimum ) and eat 300 calories less than maintanance ,, what happened to you is common ..cheers
