A tired and stressed face, but it’s real!! feeling much more myself today after a couple of nights out and a great gym session and a chat about my food frustrations.

Heather, not really able to get away at the moment 😔 as have a lot on plus it’s a few things outside of work too, I’ll be back to feeling ok soon especially with summer coming.
