Sludge Guts & I are off to Margaret river for 5 days...belated anniversary treat...no food diary for that time...no doubt a bit of imbibing with the beautiful wines & indulging in the lovely cheeses etc. that come from this area...will show up at our next weigh in.
Ho hum...too boring if we are good all the time.

hope you have a fantastic time. some times thats what all the hard work is all about- so you can go out and let loose for a bit. come home fresh with a smile on your face.

It's wonderful to let your hair down for a little while - you certainly enjoy getting back on the wagon afterwards! I had such a hangover on the last night of my hols it was a pleasure to go back to abstinence!!

Unfortunately I don't get hangovers so abstinence is not in the vocabulary...poor old Sludge Guts suffers enough for both of us...if I can lose another kg by Nov I will have lost 10 kgs since coming back from hols last year...I am happy with that & still enjoying the good times...slow & seady getting there
