Just wanted to update everyone who has been so kind to me on here, I’m getting myself back on track and I’m feeling much better!! I am going to hold off on weighing myself for a while I get bk into the swing of things but things are looking up!! Thank you again to everyone for their support ❤️❤️❤️

Good to see you back here Hayley. It's a good idea to hold off the scales for a bit to allow yourself time to rebuild yourself back up. well done for making it back on
