Doing pretty well with diet/exercise right now. Got in a great walk yesterday. My two vices are coffee and Planters digestive mix nuts/granola/dried fruit. I need to limit those things. Coffee has become a dessert substitute.

Not too bad Coco as those are great snacks as they are not empty calories but I understand about moderation. Recently I mixed some cottage cheese with my Activia...it was a pretty good snack and reminded me somewhat of cheese cake. I am ready to match the weight on my drivers license! TOWANDA!!!!

Yeah.. I dont drink much coffee.. I LOVE IT SOOOO MUCH. This week I have had two huge cups of coffee.. so good. I got a 20 oz on monday and a 16 oz yesterday.. I could drink gallons of the stuff. But it messes with my kidneys (via stones) I was told to stay away from it.. But I would like to work some into my diet in moderation.. it is just so hard cause eversince my cup on monday it is all I can think of. :(

MMMM I too love my coffee, coco...haven't tried the digestive mix yet...probably just as well, since I probably couldn't limit myself! lol Have a great day, my friend!

Hi Coco! I never can quit dried fruits & nuts for myself. Those are so good! And lots of nutrition as well. Thanks for your kind support for me. I actually did that once that I did boarding early morning and then late afternoon I went to Santa Monica beach. It was such an awesome feeling! Have a great evening and happy weekend to you:)
