day 16 today, and it seems to be moving along nicely 7.3kg down. I still have a long ways to go, this week has been really hard with Tom and the cravings, but I just ate different veg that is not on my protocol, like mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower, and it satisfied me. My weight was at a stand still for 3 days, which made me want to cheat, but I persisted and finally a drop today.
The last time I did this way of eating I got myself down to 75/80kg and stayed there for 2.5 years. That was in 2014, I'm almost 43 I am hoping it's not going to too challenging to get down to this weight again because of my age. I'm really excited to get down to my first goal of 120kg. uggghh that number embarrases me to think I allowed myself to gain all this weight after losing it all and being happy with myself.
