Had a little break from entering my meals, still keeping to the calorie goal (I eat the same things every day!). I was getting frustrated cause I’m not losing weight, even though I’m still doing it properly, consuming up to 1400 calories a day. Not sure where I’m going wrong but I’m going to keep trying 😁😁😁

Eating the same every day is like doing the same exercise everyday … your body gets use to it and gets lazy so you have to change your routine or with food change your diet.. simple when you think of it .. good luck 😃

There are a few factors to consider, as calories consumed, whilst an ok metric to us, is fundamentally flawed. Your metabolism rate is a big one. Also you could hit your target calories by eating to fast food meals, or several healthy options. So don't look at just the calories consumed. Think of food as fuel. Protein to bolster muscles and heal, carbs to charge batteries etc. Switch up what you eat and how many times you eat. If you're eating 3 Square meals a day, change it to 5 smaller meals. Vary it. Exercise plays a huge part as well. Don't just rely on calories. It's like BMI, at times it's bullshit, but it's the best bullshit we have

Switch your foods around. Your body is a highly complex learning machine, and it has worked out how to manage the reduced fuel intake to keep weight steady (“if I keep losing weight I’ll die eventually, let’s change how we use the fat/protein/fibre/energy components to match our weight loss”)
So mix it up a bit, change what you eat but keep the calorie count the same.
