Finally, no headache this morning. Wooohoo! First day I haven't woken up feeling like hell in about a week. I actually started feeling one comin on late last night and took a long soak in epsom salt and it just totally disappeared. I have always had a feeling my poor diet left me magnesium deficient and I'd say my insta-relief is decent proof. One more thing to tell the doctor, lol. My weight dropped a little today, but that's ok. Another day of 2000+ yesterday. I attribute the loss to getting regular once again, so this is probably close to my true weight right now. All in all, I'm feeling like I'm over the worst of the adjustment period and what a relief that is. Happy Halloween everyone!
