For 1 year and 8 months, I have been watching what I eat and exercising more. I sometimes wish that I started my weight loss journey sooner, but we can't go back to the past, we have to start from today and keep going. Good luck, everyone! You can do this!

Wonderful You!!! I'm a purse junkie.. what'd you get? This post is worthless w/o photos, LOL. Congratulations on the non-food reward and all that you've done and forget yesterday, last month, last year. Enjoy Today and get up tomorrow an do it again.

You're almost there, don't worry so much about when you started! Just be happy you did and that you've come this far!! Most people just talk about what you've been doing and what you're actually accomplishing-coudos to you because you're healthier and will live longer! You're an inspiration to so many of us out here!!

Very Very nice Deb, just remember you worked hard to achieve this 150 goal. Always look forward, what is in the past stays there, we can't reverse the process so we push forward, ....... You have so much to be proud of, I just keep dreaming of that 150 number and when I hear about what you and others have accomplished I know my dream will eventually come true...you give me the incentive to reach my goal....Thank you for sharing...your an inspiration to us all. :)
