Yesterday I had cantaloupe for breakfast and then nothing until peg and bob Z wedding anniversary party. I had three tiny cupcakes I had to rules the kind of rolled up with cheese and turkey and then sliced I had for olives had a glass of wine I had some fruit and I think that's all. I also stopped at Chris and Maya's party and had a beer and about a quarter of a cup of tomato pasta and feta salad make that a third of a cup doesn't take much to not lose weight. Sadly I have for more No 5 Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday evenings for meals with people this week. Arg
