According to the scale, I lost 1.1 kg in 6 days. I find it hard to believe, since I only started 'behaving' again 2 days ago.

What I think, is that my last weigh in 6 days ago was a very big and bad fluctuation, and today I see my 'real' weight. Well this is more a hope than a thought actually hehe.

Nevertheless, seeing that I had gained so much was what motivated me to get back on track, so here I am again with 1.1 kg. less ;) ha! No, but seriously, can anybody tell me if this 1.1 loss could be because of one of those fluctuations?

Sunday Aug 3rd
Weight: 70.3 kg
Fat: 32.3 %
Body water: 50.3 %
Muscle: 34.2
BMI: 27.8

All in all, this doesn't look too bad. Let's get it (re-)started.

I don't really know where these fluctuations come from. Last week my scale told me, my weight is 2.7kg more than it was before. I didn't write that down because this simply could not be true! This week everything is fine again... Sometimes these scales must be starting a "wild number party" or this body really is doing sth crazy -.-'
