I've fallen off the wagon too many times in the last 2 months for many reasons. I'm surprised how I managed to make myself believe all the excuses! much work, no time, bad day (therefore I needed to compensate it with good - and junk- food), I deserved a rest, and so on...
As a result I'm almost 2 kilos up again very sad, but also a complete eye opener for me. I stopped using FS for some weeks and this makes me realize that I cannot stop using it; it is really important to help me keep track of what I eat, and to remind me why I should eat clean and with appropriate portions.
I also understand now that I can’t let myself go this freely because it is soooo easy to gain weight! And so difficult to lose it; this can’t happen again.
Anyway, lesson learnt (I think!). I’m starting again today together with the new month, and I’ll set my goals accordingly to be able to reach my ideal weight by November latest.
