is macroni or pasta made with veggies...healthy?

If u r not diabetic, I wud say its not unhealthy atleast.
If pasta is made of refined flour then it's doesn't hold much nutrition compare any combination of veggies with whole grain, beans, meat etc. I wud consider veggies int it n even oil n healthy. If u look at micro nutrition from nutrition data website u wud see that most minerals come frm grain, beans, meat hence once a week is ok bt if u eat often u might soon or later lack nourishment.
Thumb rule for healthy is stay away frm whites or processed items.

I wud have create a white sauce by mixing flour n milk. Buy maggi masala n chings 10rs schezwan sauce, lil 🥦 broccoli if I cud get, carrot 🥕, Onion and put in boiled pasta.
So now u understand y i find ur pasta not so unhealthy😅.
