Eating well, feeling good. But I'm stressing out over a client meeting. I'm in over my head on a web project and I'm not a good bullshtter. Plus my social anxiety issues are getting out of control. No flop sweat today, please. Breathe... breathe...

Narrow your focus...that always helps me when I'm feeling overwhelmed. I can't do everything all at once. Even if it all seems equally important, I won't do a passable job if I don't focus all my efforts on one thing at a time. Pick the most important one, finish it, then worry about the next thing after that's done. It will all be ok!!

Don't let that stress drive you to eat... maybe get a little vigorous exercise to reduce that! We all have projects and dead lines... we all get through them somehow. You will too!
