Hi there!

Just a quick note in here, as I didn't have chance to log in and support other buddies.

Quick progress report: I went to Zumba yesterday and today. God, I love it! getting back on track after many weeks of not exercising (especially not Zumba) has been hard; but I love Zumba and that makes it easier to deal with.

I'm still doing really bad in food. I'll need to get on top of that.
