Its all about staying consistent👍 u can do it too. Not a big deal at all. track your calories , hit your macros properly and workout regularly, and rest well 👍 thats it.

8th December se start kia tha , toh almost 5 months keh sakte ho.👍 Baaki beech me 15-20 din workout miss hua due to exams and all...!

@meghamandara I workout in the morning so i usually drink up my protein shake after workout, you can opt for anything thats quickly absorbed by your body simple carbs can be an option plus if you take protein shake that's good or you can substitute the shake with egg whites or any other source of protein. @Abhigyan mishra ,i lost 20 kgs (95.7 to 75.3)from January till date...waise i started my fat loss from December 8, i was 100.3 kgs at that time so from December onwards its approx. 25 kgs that i have lost.

@mehak271 you can loose weight by just following a diet however if you can add a little cardio of any form be it brisk walking or jogging then the process will speed up. However, dieting to lose weight will take time.

@Ankeet Ghosh am started my weight loss journey before one yr back but still I can't to reach my goal .. last year my weight has reduced and now again increased.. last month onwards I strictly following my diet and workouts but can't to reduce. today I ate only 686 calories food. but my chart show me 1800 calories per day. don't know about this.. suppose today I did any wrong

@soundaryaishaan i think 686 calories a day is too less, your body might refuse to lose fat further and go into survival mode and make it more difficult to mobilise the stored fat reservoirs. You can lose weight even if u keep 400-500 calorie deficit i.e consume around 1300-1400 calories a day. Try increasing your cardio instead and make sure u keep doing your strength training. Have patience and stay consistent. Things will fall into place👍 sooner or later you will start losing weight again and

Too much of calories once I take like 1400 per day it will convert fat in our body.. I thought of less calories will help to lose the weight

Dont worry that wont happen😂 just eat in 400-500 deficit everyday and keep working out. This will further help to burn more calories in a day , thereby increasing the deficit even more. You will lose weight again , trust the process. 👍
