people I don't want any family to loose their love ones so, understand somethings
live is long until your body remains healthy
1.Please🙏 don't think about fat,weight,body and looks . no one will see your looks when you are dead.
2. Mind is very important for your whole life so, give next 30 days to your mind :- meditate ,smile talk to your mother, father ,siblings maybe they are getting anxious due to present scenario .most of people are dying due to heartattack not corona don't watch news
3. Avoid food those are heavy to digest specially fast food ,oil ,refined flour(maida) why?????
because when you eat continously your body remain busy in digesting food our body is capable of fighting even with cancer or covid ,if we give time to it . when body have no food to digest it start fighting with infections,bacteria,virus,damage cells and many more....that's why when a person met with an accident or disease doctor suggest they to either be on liquid diet or semisolid so, that you get sufficient nutrients for recovery in less DIGESTION process and most of time body work on infected area .
4. have your dinner by 6-8 pm max!!(light) and next morning take your breakfast atleast after 12-14 hours of yesterday dinner
this will give your body sufficient time to repair
