The fight is on after my motorbike crash vs a car in june last year i've been off my feet and off work diet has taken a big hit but from January this year i've been able to get back on my feet and soon back to work my fitness and weight is going in the correct direction and i have a new unbreakable strong fresh determination to eat the correct foods because before i was able to do fitness but choosing like many of us to be lazy is alot different to being unable to do fitness and gaining weight due to injury it's changed my life for the better i feel but i still love the motorbikes:)
