I don't know why I haven't felt like writing lately, which is unusual. I've been busy, but not too busy to journal. I guess I don't want to face the several lapses I had over the weekend. Started with having guests over for dinner Friday, which wasn't too bad. Ate several things I normally would not have. Then Saturday night we ate sushi at Mom's, then saw a movie and had some popcorn, but at least without butter... Still, popped in oil no doubt and very salty. Sunday was my usual bbq night at my friend's house and I still overindulge. That is a bad habit that I need to break. It's my biggest weakness right now and it's showing up on the scales early in my week. I must ingrain a new thought process about Sunday nights. Chicken kabob and salad would be MUCH better.
