69.90. Today is first day of Ramadhan and I have starting Fasting too. It won't be easy to workout during Ramadhan expect for my week off days. Schedule is very tight and I don't want to loose what I have achieved so far in terms of my Fitness goal. The focus will remain on Diet no matter what and 2 to 3 days Gym with home workouts.
