I’m so happy i haven’t been as bad with overindulging over the bank holiday weekend as I thought I’d be. And since I’ve given up chocolate for lent, I didn’t even have a craving for that on Sunday. We had a lovely lamb roast on Sunday and I did have some cake and cookies, but Monday came and I was back on track, even though I didn’t put the calories into the app. ☺️ I’m so proud to see progress on the scales as well, so I’m super motivated to keep going with this.
