It’s kinda something that I threw together but the sauce is a tablespoon or so of tahini, a teaspoon of lime juice, a half a tablespoon of liquid aminos, and a little water. I cooked my noodles first and set aside. Then in the same 2 quart pan I heated about a teaspoon of sesame oil, a couple cloves of garlic, and red chili flakes for about 2 minutes on medium heat. I cracked 1 egg into that same pan a scrambled a little and then added the noodles and sauce. Mix together and then top with sesame seeds, chili flakes, green onion, sriracha, and miso sauce. Food in 10 minutes!
