Anabolic Chocolate French Toast - 346 calories, 25 grams protein. Interesting breakfast. Actually, a little less calories. I couldn’t eat it all. 😊

Gallina it’s pretty tasty! And wasn’t too hard! 3 egg whites, 1/2 scoop chocolate protein powder, 1 stevia packet, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract- I just whisked that together and soaked my bread. Took about 15 minutes to cook. I just used Wonder bread, because that’s what I had. Not really a fan of the protein powder because it has a funkiness to the flavor, which is why I added the vanilla. 😂 it still wasn’t sweet enough to me, so I drizzled a tablespoon of syrup over the whole thing. Otherwise, I could have saved 70 calories. That should hold me until lunch!
