It’s been a good day today. Spent time this morning worshipping with my family at church, took the grandson to his Sunday school party, then fixed some Super Bowl treats. I had more calories today than I planned, but it was less than I would have a couple weeks ago, so I’m calling it a win! My goal is to be aware of what I’m eating and to make healthier choices. I have already drastically cut the number of soft drinks I’m consuming and increased my water intake which makes me happy.

I’m seeing kind and supportive people in this group, so that’s encouraging! I love the sharing and vulnerability I see, and the responses give me hope for our world. I think there is more good than bad, we just need to look for it! Be blessed and be a blessing.
