More calories than my goal yesterday, but less than I’ve been eating, so I call that a win! Just being aware of what I’m eating should help. Years ago, a doctor told me, “If it tastes good, spit it out!” Why is the stuff that tastes so good the most unhealthy?!
I did realize how much I’m probably under hydrated yesterday as I was tracking my H2O, so that’s something else to watch for.

“Therefore do not be anxious, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’
