Breakfast today! Hard boiled egg w/Everything bagel seasoning, turkey breakfast sausage, and a hash brown patty :) Usually I air fry the hash browns and they get nice and crispy, totally recommend.

Great tip about airfrying. I'm also going to have to try this "everything but the bagel" seasoning sometime, I've seen it recommended everywhere.

Just about every morning I eat two egg whites from Bob Evans liquid eggs and one turkey bacon, I use to eat one Ezekiel 4:9 piece of bread but I cut the bread also. I went over by 230 on my calories today, which is still good seeming that I do a 1000 calories a day. Got hungry
