Looks yummy!!! 

To Bearnoggin: Thank you. I came to Los Angeles on 21t of December in 1989. On the day of the middle of night, I flew to Minneapolis with my friend whose hometown. His mother served Ambrosia salad. That was really tasty and it became my Christmas dessert memory. I tried to make it tonight, but I did not put marshmallows and coconut flakes. Marshmallows are too sweet for us and my husband doesn’t like coconut flakes. He says it tastes like Coppertone. LOL I make Origami Santa Claus every year. I learned when I was 10 years old.
