I felt sure that I'd drop some today, but didn't happen. I have got to do a better job of recording what I'm eating. I'm not ready to get away from that habit. It really helps keep snacking in check.

One bad habit I'm at risk of picking up again is drinking coffee. Peppermint lattes are so good in this cold weather. But they're a sugar bomb unless I make them myself. I've been having one in the evening after supper.

The drop is coming I just know it COCO...The diet Gods are always testing lmao.... Anyway, I feel the same about keeping track it is really key for me. TOWANDA!!!
