Not so bad, considering I was away, eating differently and lots of driving and sitting and no exercise.
Had 2 eggs and 1 toast w/o butter coffee and lol 1/2+1/2. did well thru out the day until shopping late afternoon. got dried furit/nuts ate some then after shopping began putting more in my mouth. mindless eating..... Will have wine and squash for supper. wasn't going to have anything more to eat but do feel nibbly so rather than something really bad, squash.
